Astra Lander Privacy Policy

Developer: Josh Marino
Effective date: August 23, 2026

Installed game

Astra Lander is designed as an offline single-player game. The game does not create developer accounts, display advertising, use an analytics SDK, track users across apps or websites, or transmit gameplay telemetry, pilot names, scores, contacts, location, device identifiers, or motion readings to Josh Marino.

Information stored on your device

Game settings, progress, locally earned gameplay unlocks, high scores, and locally entered pilot names are stored on your device. They are not uploaded to a developer server. Deleting the app removes this local information unless an Apple platform feature independently restores app data. A purchased Full Campaign entitlement is maintained by Apple and can be recovered with Restore Purchase while signed in to the purchasing Apple Account.

Device features

If enabled, motion controls are processed on-device during gameplay and are not retained by the game. Haptic feedback is produced on-device. The game can be played without motion controls or haptics.

App Store purchases

The free release offers a one-time, non-consumable Full Campaign purchase. Payment and transaction services are provided by Apple under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Josh Marino does not receive your payment-card or Apple Account credentials. The app reads Apple-provided purchase entitlement information to determine whether purchased content is available. App Store connectivity can be required to load the localized price, buy, restore, or refresh that entitlement; gameplay itself works offline.

TestFlight

Beta testers may voluntarily submit screenshots, comments, crash feedback, and device/build context through Apple TestFlight. This information is processed through Apple’s beta service and is used only to test and improve the game. Astra Lander does not add a separate gameplay-analytics SDK for beta testing.

Support email

If you contact AIroboticsintegration@gmail.com, you choose what information to provide. Support email is processed by the email provider and used to respond, diagnose the reported issue, prevent duplicate work, and maintain necessary support records. Do not send passwords, financial information, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. Support correspondence will ordinarily be deleted within 12 months after the last relevant contact unless it is needed longer for an active issue, legal obligation, or security concern.

Website and browser demo

The game code does not include advertising or analytics in the browser demo. The launch website and browser demo are hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub may process routine request information such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps to deliver and secure the service. See GitHub’s General Privacy Statement for details. Josh Marino does not receive GitHub Pages visitor analytics through the site.

Children and age suitability

The game is not directed specifically to children. It contains frequent stylized fantasy combat and weapons. The final regional age ratings will be assigned through the current App Store questionnaire. The game does not knowingly collect personal information from children or other players.

Changes

If the game’s data practices, embedded SDKs, purchase system, support process, or website host changes, this policy and the App Store privacy answers will be reviewed and updated before the changed release or service is made available.
